We want you to love everything you purchase from Cornwall swim company, and we stand by every item we sell. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund or exchange for the product.
Free UK returns
Contact Cornwallswimcompany@gmail.com with details of the exchange or refund, we will send you a valid UK return postage label for the product to be return in original packaging.
ALL returns MUST be unworn in original packaging to be eligible for exchange or refund and sent back within the 30 day period. On receipt of your return we will act appropriately to your chosen action below within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please note refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your bank account. Exchanges will be sent out Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour taking 2-3 working days to be delivered.
