We aim to process refunds within 48 Hours of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund.

Can I place an order without joining the tribe
Yes. You can place an order without joining our Coldwater Tribe. But if you are a first time customer you can register for a 10% discount on your first purchase and we will also let you know when exciting new products are released, product restocking and upcoming deals.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at cornwallswimcompany@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via cornwallswimcompany@gmail.com , we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I alter my order?
We are happy to modify your order before we dispatch, please note we normaly dispatch within 24 hours. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most regions worldwide, if you are in Europe then we charge a flat rate of £17.95, rest of the world is £23.95. Please note we are unable to account for additional duty charges on entry to your country of origin.

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. However are base rates are -

Ponchos/Robes/Large bags - £4.95
Orders over £100 UK - Free
Europe - £17.95

Can I track my order?
You should have received a tracking code with your dispatch email, that will either be couriered through Royal Mail or DPD Next Day Delivery.

Exchanges
To exchange an item for something else, please first return the item(s) you would like to exchange back to us. We will credit your refund back to the original payment method and you can place a new order on cornwallswimcompany.co.uk. Exchanges will be sent out Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour taking 2-3 working days to be delivered.
International Orders
We apologise but we are unable to process returns and exchanges for orders outside the UK. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact cornwallswimcompany@gmail.com

We want you to love everything you purchase from Cornwall swim company, and we stand by every item we sell. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund or exchange for the product.The initial postage cost is non-refundable
Free UK returns
Contact Cornwallswimcompany@gmail.com with details of the exchange or refund, we will send you a valid UK return postage label for the product to be return in original packaging.
ALL returns MUST be unworn in original packaging to be eligible for exchange or refund and sent back within the 30 day period. On receipt of your return we will act appropriately to your chosen action below within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please note refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your bank account. Exchanges will be sent out Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour taking 2-3 working days to be delivered.
