Shipping times are estimated and provided by our shipping providers and can not be guaranteed. Once an order leaves Cornwall, it is the responsibility of the delivery provider to ensure timely delivery. If you experience any delays, please get in touch with us via our contact us page, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note normal delivery times vary at Christmas. We aim to dispatch the next day after purchase, we dont dispatch on Sundays.

We deliver worldwide but with additional duties or taxes on delivery—  As a UK-based company, we aim to deliver within the shipping windows displayed at checkout. For remote locations, please wait until the final days of your delivery window before contacting us about your delivery.

We hold limited stock and orders may be put on a waiting list to be dispatched as priority when in stock. If there is any delay, we will contact you directly or offer an immediate refund.
