We want you to love everything you purchase from Cornwall swim company, and we stand by every item we sell. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product. We ship large items for free. items under £25 do incur a shipping fee, Non returnable items include for example 'phone cases, socks, bum bags and Sea temperature thermometers ' are non returnable for hygiene reasons.

Christmas.
All eligible items purchased from November 15 will have a 14 day extended exchange period starting from Christmas day.
Free UK returns
All returns can be processed on our Return Portal, enter you Order Number (found on your packing slip) and email address and select the items you wish to return. This will generate a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label that can be posted at any Post Office or Delivery centre.
Please note that your return label is only valid for 7 days, and thus expires, you, the purchaser are then responsible for the return postage cost
ALL returns MUST be unworn in original packaging to be eligible for exchange or refund and sent back within the 30 day period, any items returns in unsuitable packaging, that is damaged, unsealed, or unsuitable (ie bin bags), will be subject to a restocking/transit fee of 25% of the purchase cost. On receipt of your return we will act appropriately to your chosen action below within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please note refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your bank account. Exchanges will be sent out Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour taking 2-3 working days to be delivered.
Clearance items. Items with 25% or more off the original value are considered clearance items and are non refundable/returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for something else, please first return the item(s) you would like to exchange back to us. We will credit your refund back to the original payment method and you can place a new order on cornwallswimcompany.co.uk. Exchanges will be sent out Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour taking 2-3 working days to be delivered.
International Orders
We apologise but we are unable to process returns and exchanges for orders outside the UK. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact cornwallswimcompany@gmail.com
